Pengaruh Komunikasi Dan Kecerdasan Emosional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Paramedis Dengan Variabel Stres Kerja Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada Rumah Sakit Ibu Dan Anak Eria Bunda Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence between communication, emotional intelligence on the performance of paramedical employees of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru with work stress as an intervening variable. The population of this study were all paramedic employees of RSIA Eria Bunda Pekanbaru, totaling 102 paramedical nurses. The sample in this study a number of 101 people obtained by the method of sampling random. The instrument used for data collection is by ordinal scale model questionnaire. To test the hypothesis used descriptive analysis and Path analysis by using program SPSS 21 for windows.
The results of data analysis show that (1) Communication has a negative and significant effect on job stress, (2) Emotional intelligence has a negative and insignificant effect on job stress (3) Communication has a positive and significant effect on performance, (4) Emotional intelligence (EQ) has an effect positive and not significant on performance., (5) Job stress has a negative and significant effect on performance. (6) Communication affects employee performance through job stress. (7) Emotional intelligence affects employee performance through job stress.
