Analisis Kualitas Pelayanan Dalam Meningkatkan Kepercayaan Dan Keputusan Pembelian Konsumen Pt Mitra Beton Mandiri Pekanbaru
This research aimed to analyze the effect of service quality on trust and purchase decision to buy ready mix concrete in PT Mitra Beton Mandiri Pekanbaru. The research was conducted quantitatively with causal and descriptive research design. The amounts of sample in this study were 104 respondents who had used construction services from PT Mitra Beton Mandiri. Data collection techniques of sampling used in this research is a survey and simple random sampling. Measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS applications.
The results showed that all dimensions of service quality has a positive and significant influence on consumer confidence and consumer purchasing decisions, either directly or indirectly. Meanwhile, the customer trust also has a positive and significant affect on purchasing decisions
