Pengaruh Disiplin Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Tenaga Perawat Dengan Kepuasan Kerja Sebagai Variabel Moderating Pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah Teluk Kuantan
This study aims to analyze the influence Discipline And Work Motivation On Nurse Performance With Work Satisfaction As Moderating Variables In Teluk Kuantan Regional General Hospitals.
This research was conducted on the nurses of General Hospital located in the Kuantan Singingi. with total population 80 nurses. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline on nurses 'performance in the Teluk Kuantan Regional General Hospital, to determine the effect of work motivation on performance, to determine the effect of work discipline on nurses' performance moderated by job satisfaction, to determine the effect of work motivation on nurse performance moderated by nurse job satisfaction at the Teluk Kuantan Regional General Hospital.
Based on the results of research and discussion that have been done, it can be concluded that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of nurses at the Teluk Kuantan Regional General Hospital, motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance, job satisfaction can strengthen the effect of work discipline on performance, job satisfaction able to strengthen the influence of motivation on the performance of nurses at the Teluk Kuantan Regional General Hospital. That is, job satisfaction is not a moderating variable that is suitable for the influence of motivation on nurse performance.
