ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine the influence of leadership, work dicipline,
and job satisfaction partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees
at PT.. Bank Perkreditan Rakyat Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru. The
population in this study were all employees totaling 35 employees PT. Bank
Pengkreditan Rakyat Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru
Primary was collected with the questionnaire as instrument to prove
research, to test hypotheses the experimental work on this is using analysis linear
regression and the worship of idols with the help of the program SPSS. The
technique of the sample collection is the method that has been chosen census
employees at 35 people PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Fianka Rezalina Fatma
Pekanbaru
The research results show that: 1) there is a positive and significant
leadership of the performance of an employee of PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat
Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru, 2) there is a positif and significant discipline
is working on the performance of an employee at PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat
Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru, 3) there is a influence of positive and
significant work satisfaction of the performance of an employee at PT. Bank
Pengkreditan Rakyat Fianka Rezalina Fatma Pekanbaru, 4) there is a positive
and significant leadership, discipline work, work and satisfaction of the
performance of an employee at PT. Bank Pengkreditan Rakyat Fianka Rezalina
Fatma Pekanbaru.
