Pengaruh Motivasi, Kedisiplinan Dan Pengalaman Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Meranti Vision Di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti

This research was conducted at PT. Meranti Vision with the aim To
determine the effect of motivation, discipline, work experience of employees
simultaneously on the work performance of employees of PT. Meranti's
Vision.
Type of quantitative descriptive descriptive research. The
population in this study were employees of PT. Meranti Vision
Determination of the number of samples using saturated sampling (census
sampling) with the calculation of all employees of PT. Meranti Vision
which was canceled by 55 people. Data aids technique with questionnaire.
The method of multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20.
The results of the evaluation that have been done show the results
that show motivation, discipline and work experience related to employee
performance (Study at PT. Meranti Vision). Work motivation that supports
significant to the Employee Performance of PT. Meranti's Vision. Work
discipline that supports significant performance. For the commitment of
employees of PT. Meranti's Vision. Significant work experience on
performance.
