Pengaruh Pengetahuan Dan Sikap Terhadap Kompetensi Perawat Bagian Rawat Inap Pada Rsud Taluk Kuantan Kabupaten Kuantan Singingi

ABTRACT
This research was conducted at Taluk Kuantan Hospital, Kuantan Singigi
Regency. The research objective was to know the knowledge, attitudes, partially
and simultaneously on the competence of nurses in the inpatient division of Taluk
Kuantan Hospital, Kuantan Singigi Regency. The study population was all
inpatient nurses in RSUD amounting to 122 nurses and the number of samples of
the study was 93 respondents obtained from the Slovin technique. The method
used in this research is multiple linear regression.
From the results of R Square (coefficient of determination) which is equal
to 87.6% while the rest is influenced by other variables outside the variables in
this study. The results of the t-test can be obtained from processed data, namely
the variable Knowledge (X1) 6.282, Attitude (X2) = 4.246 means tcount> ttable
1.987 and a significant level (X1) and (X2) = 0.000
