Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan Dan Financial Slack Terhadap Investasi Research And Development (R&D) (Studi Pada Perusahaan Industri Dasar & Kimia Pada Tahun 2014-2018)

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to influence institutional ownership, managerial
ownership, foreign ownership and financial slack on research and development
investment in Basic Industry & Chemical Companies listed on the IDX in 2014-
2018. The population in this study are all sectors of basic industry and chemical
companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018. By using the
sampling method by purposive sampling obtained 21 companies with a period of 5
years, so this study has 105 observational data. The data used in this research is
secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple linear
regression analysis. The results showed that managerial ownership had no effect
on research and development investment, institutional ownership had an effect on
research and development investment, foreign ownership had an effect on
research and development investment and financial slack had an effect on
research and development investment.
