ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study is to determine investment decisions and dividend
policy on firm value with family ownership structure as a moderating variable.
This research was conducted at companies that are included in the LQ45 index
group of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. In this study, the
population is all LQ45 companies that have been listed on the Indonesia Stock
Exchange (BEI) in 2017-2019. The population in this study of LQ45 index
companies, amounting to 45 companies. The sampling method was purposive
sampling so that the total sample size was 17 companies with 3 years of
observation so that this study had 51 observational data. The data used in this
research is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is
multiple linear regression analysis and moderate regression analysis. The results
show that investment decisions affect firm value, dividend policy affects firm
value, family ownership moderates the effect of investment decisions on firm value
and family ownership moderates the effect of dividend policy on firm value.
