Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Disiplin Kerja Dan Komitmen Organisasional Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Hotel Grand Zuri Pekanbaru
This study aims to analyze the influence of the variables of Job Satisfaction, Work
Discipline and Organizational Commitment on Employee Performance at Hotel
Grand Zuri Pekanbaru with 81 respondents. Data analysis used multiple linear
regression analysis method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Package of Social
Science) version 22. Based on the hypothesis testing conducted, the results showed
that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance, work
discipline has a positive and significant effect on performance. Organizational
Commitment has a significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction, work discipline
and organizational commitment have a significant effect on performance.
