Dampak Membaca Koase Pada Pemahaman Dasar Mitigasi Bencana Banjir Siswa Kelas IV SD Negeri 13 Pekanbaru
The purpose of this study was to find out the impacts that affect the flood mitigation knowledge of grade 4 students of public elementary school 13 pekanbaru by using the learning media KOASE (Komik Anak Sekolah). The categories of knowledge on disaster mitigation (flood) of students reviewed in this study include normalized gain categories, namely high, medium, low, no decrease and decrease. The study was conducted on 40 students in 13 public elementary schools. The instrument used to collect data is 30 items of disaster mitigation knowledge test (flood) consisting of question items in the form of multiple choices. The results showed that by looking at the average initial test gain of 42.95 and 49.50 in the final test average with an average increase of 0.1156 that belongs to the category of low interpretation.
