Analisis Kompetensi Kepribadian Mahasiswa Calon Guru SD Fkip Universitas Riau
This study aims to describe in detail how the personality competence of primary school education teacher candidates for SD FKIP, Riau University. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The research was conducted at PGSD FKIP Riau University involving 480 active students and the samples taken were 202 primary school education teacher candidates and 173 primary school education teacher candidates for their peers. The data collection technique in this study used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study is to calculate the percentage of data from each indicator, then interpret the data percentage score and analyze each indicator in depth. The results of the recapitulation of the indicators of this study indicate that the personality competence of primary school education teacher candidates is 73.34% in good categories and 73.27% for peers with good categories. This research is expected to be an evaluation of various parties in the personality of primary school education teacher candidates at the FKIP, Riau University. This research is also expected to be a study material for other researchers in analyzing and developing student personality competencies in preparation for becoming primary school education teacher candidates.
