Evaluasi Penatalaksanaan Seminoma Testis Dengan Bleomycin, Etoposide, Dan Cisplatin Di Rsud Arifin Achmad Periode 2014-2019

Testicular seminoma is the most commont ferocity in men and has a good
prognosis after chemotherapy. This study aims to determine the evaluation of the
management of testicular seminoma using Bleomycin (B), Etoposide (E), and Cisplatin (C)
at Arifin Achmad Regional Hospital in 2014-2019. There were 18 cases of testicular
seminoma and all were having an advanced stadium. The picture of BEP management in
testicular seminoma based on the majority age group is the age range 15-34 years
(55.5%), the most common clinical symptom is a lump in the testicular (55.6%), have
laboratory result of Hb, urea, and normal creatinine, testicular cancer markers are
estimated to increase entirely, the majority of testicular seminoma patients completed 4
cycles of chemotherapy (77.8%), the majority recovered (77.8%), and there was a
recurrenc in 4 (22.2%). Management of testicular seminoma with 4 cycles of BEP
chemotherapy has been shown to have low complications, high cure rates, and low
recurrence.
