Pengembangan Math Picture Book Tentang Sifat-Sifat Bangun Datar Di Sekolah Dasar

This study aims to develop the Math Picture Book (MPB) media on the properties
of flat shapes designed for elementary school students. The method used in this
study is design research, the development model used is the Plomp model. This
research was carried out on students in grades I-VI Elementary School. Data
collection techniques used are interview sheets, validation questionnaires and
practicality questionnaires. The data analysis technique used is descriptive
quantitative and qualitative. From the results of the validation carried out by
experts, the math picture book that has been developed has an average score of
89.62% in the very valid category and is in the very practical category with an
average score of 93.01%. From the results of the trials conducted, it shows that
after reading the math picture book media students are able to explain the
properties of flat shapes. This shows that the developed media has had a positive
impact on students to understand the concept of the properties of flat shapes.
