Pengaruh Pupuk Organik Cair Daun Gamal Dan Batuan Fosfat Alam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Produksi Bawang Merah (Allium Ascalonicum L.) Pada Tanah Inseptisol
ABSTRACT
Onions that are cultivated on inceptisol soils have the main constraints,
namely low soil fertility and low organic matter content. The efforts to overcome
these problems can be done by giving liquid organic fertilizer and rock phosphate.
This reserach aims to determine the interaction of Gamal leaf LOF and RP fertilizer
and to determine the best concentration of Gamal leaf LOF and RP fertilizer on the
Onion growth and production. This research was carried out experimentally using
a factorial completely randomized design consisting of two factors. The first factor
was the LOF of gamal leaves which consisted of 4 levels (concentration 0,
40,80,120 ml.l-1). The second factor was the application of RP fertilizer which
consisted of 3 levels, namely the dose of 0, 50, 100 kg.ha-1. The results showed that
the interaction between the LOF treatment and RP fertilizer had no significant effect
to all observed parameters. The LOF factor of gamal leaves had a significant effect
to the parameters of plant height, number of leaves per clump, tuber diameter, fresh
tuber weight and tuber weight suitable for storage, while the RP fertilizer factor
significantly affected the number of leaves per clump, tuber diameter, fresh tuber
weight and viable tuber weight. save. Giving LOF with a concentration of
120 ml.l-1 with RP fertilizer at a dose of 100 kg.ha-1 resulted in a storable tuber
weight of 428.81 g giving an increase in storable tuber weight of 44% compared to
no LOF and no RP fertilizer, namely 298 ,51 g.
