ABSTRACK
This study aims to find out the feasibility of the etawa peranakan goat farming industry based on integrated agriculture, which is carried out in conjunction with corn farming in the Amanah Mitra Business Cooperative of Kampung Rempak Village, Siak District, Siak Regency based on non-financial aspects and financial aspects. The theory used in this study is the theory of business feasibility study. The method used in this study is quantitative descriptive. The types of data used are primary and secondary data. The population and sample used were the management of the Amanah Mitra Usaha Cooperative and several of its members, with data collection techniques using interviews, observations, and questionnaires. The results of this study based on legal aspects, market and marketing aspects, technical and technological aspects, economic and social aspects, and environmental aspects in the integrated agriculture-based etawa peranakan goat farming industry in the Amanah Mitra Usaha Cooperative were declared feasible to be run. Based on the financial aspects of the integrated agriculture-based etawa peranakan goat farming industry in the Amanah Mitra Usaha Cooperative, it shows that this business is feasible to run with assessment criteria including Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 371.745.901,66, Benefit Cost Ratio (BCR) of 1.72, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 19.95, Payback Period (PP) of 1.4 years, and Break Even Point (BEP) with details; BEP for 13 goats, BEP for goat rupiah IDR 4,251,100.00; BEP for goat milk unit 1.355,55 liters, BEP rupiah for goat milk IDR 25.061,4; The BEP for corn is 5.902,58 kg, and the corn rupiah BEP is Rp4,265,6.
