Student loyalty is a strong agreement held by students to continuously support the service they feel and even influence other prospective new students also to feel the service they feel. There are several things that can influence student loyalty, namely customer satisfaction, service quality and facilities and infrastructure provided by the school itself. Therefore, a person must have high loyalty to the school they choose because it will create a strong sense of togetherness, achieve the school's vision and mission, and support the creation of a more conducive learning environment. With loyalty, a person can also maintain the school's reputation and contribute to better achievements, both individually and collectively. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and facilities and infrastructure on loyalty through satisfaction. The sampling technique is the saturated sampling technique, all populations are sampled with a total sample of 34 students. Data were collected using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using SEM-PLS.
Based on the results of the study, it shows that the quality of service and facilities can affect loyalty through satisfaction. Therefore, improving the quality of service and providing adequate facilities and infrastructure are important factors in building customer satisfaction, especially students, which ultimately have a positive impact on loyalty.
This study explains that the quality of service and facilities have a significant influence on student satisfaction and loyalty in school educational institutions. These findings provide an important contribution to the educational management literature by emphasizing the strategic role of these factors in maintaining student loyalty. The practical implication is that schools, especially private schools, need to focus on improving the quality of service and facilities in order to increase customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. However, this study has limitations in the aspects of teacher competence and school image that have not been explored in depth, so further studies are recommended to expand these variables and test their impact more comprehensively.
