Pengaruh Pemberian Pupuk Bokashi Kotoran Kambing Dan Pupuk Npkmg Terhadap Pertumbuhan Bibit Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Tahap Pre Nursery
ABSTRACT This research aimed to determine the interaction and individual effects of goat manure bokashi compost and NPKMg (15-15-15-6-4) fertilizer on the growth of oil palm seedlings in the pre-nursery phase. The study was conducted using a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with two factors: the dosage of bokashi compost (150, 200, 250 g/polybag) and the dosage of NPKMg fertilizer (0, 0.25, 0.50 g/polybag). The results showed a significant interaction between the two fertilizers on several growth parameters. The combination of 250 g bokashi compost and 0.50 g NPKMg per polybag resulted in the best growth, significantly increasing plant height, shoot diameter, photosynthesis rate, and total chlorophyll content in 3-month-old DxP Topaz variety oil palm seedlings. Individually, the application of 250 g bokashi compost significantly improved plant height, photosynthesis, chlorophyll, root volume, and fresh and dry weight. Similarly, the single application of 0.50 g NPKMg significantly enhanced plant height, shoot diameter, number of leaves, leaf area, root volume, fresh weight, photosynthesis, and chlorophyll. It is concluded that the combined application of 250 g goat manure bokashi and 0.50 g NPKMg fertilizer per polybag is the recommended dosage for optimal growth of oil palm seedlings at the pre-nursery stage.
