Pengaruh Persepsi Kemudahan, Persepsi Kebermanfaatan, Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi Dan Kepuasan Pengguna Terhadap Pengguna E-Filling(Studi Empiris Pada Wajib Pajak Orang Pribadi Kpp Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan)

There some factors influencing of Perceived Ease, Perceived Usefulness, Quality Systems, Information Quality and User Satisfaction of the use of E-Filling. Purpose of this research is to get information about the effectiveness of e-filling implementation and also to verify the benefits of this technology for tawpayer. Methods of data collection in this study is a survey method using a questionnaire instrument is KPP Pratama Pekanbaru Tampan. The respondents are used in the analysis were 100 respondents (100%). Methods of Analysis is conducted with multiple regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) 17. The results of testing that has been done. Partial regression (t test) showed that 1)the perception of convenience had a influences significantly and positively to the e-filling, 2)perceived usefulness had a influences significantly and positively to the e-filling, 3)quality systems had a influences significantly and positively to the e-filling, 4) quality of information had a influences significantly and positively to the e-filling,5) while user satisfaction have no effect significantly on the user's e-filling. The coefficient of determination (R2) in this study was 67.1% of e-filling the variation can be explained by five independent variables,while 32.9% is influenced by others variables that are not addressed in this study.
