Pengaruh Komitmen Organisasi, Motivasi Dan Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pada Pt. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Cabang Riau
This study is purposed to determine how the influence of organizational commitment, motivation and organizational culture to performance of employees on PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch. The population in this study is the overall employees of PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch and sampling taken as a whole with the census technique that amounted to 63 employees. Data were collected using questionnaires. The analytical method used is quantitative analysis using multiple linear regression. From the results of the testing that has been done, Simultaneous regression test (F-test) showed that organizational commitment, motivation and organizational culture significant effect on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch. The result of partial test (t-test) showed that each of the independent variables studied (organizational commitment, motivation, and organizational culture) has a significant effect on the dependent variable (employee performance) at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch. Motivation has a stronger influence on employee performance at PT. Jasa Raharja (Persero) Riau Branch. The magnitude of the effect that (R2) by the independent variables together against the dependent variable was 46%, while the rest of 54% influenced by other variables not examined in this research.
