Leaf mangrove Rhizophora sp. have antimicrobial like tanin, alkaloid, flavonoid, and saponin. The disease Motile Aeromonas Septicaemia by Aeromonas hydrophila caused 100 % mortility in three days. The purpose of the study was to determine the ability of Rhizophora sp. to cure the disease which is caused by MAS (Motile Aeromonas Septicaemia) and showed from the profile of Pangasius hypophthalmus erythrocyte. The method was an experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design (CRD), one factor with four treatments. Experiment used P. hypophthalmus fishes of disease A. hydrophila measurable 13-15 cm, as much 120 fishes. The dose respectively: 1300 ppm, 1600 ppm, and 1900 ppm, and control without curing. The curing with immersions was applied twice for about 5 minutes in 24 hours by leaf mangrove extract Rhizophora sp. Parameters was measured there are; total erythrocyte, haemoglobin level, haematocrit value, and the survival rate. The result showed that leaf mangrove extract Rhizophora sp. able to cure P. hypophthalmus from Motile Aeromonas Septicaemia (MAS) by the immersions method. The best dose was at 1600 ppm wich was shown by the total erythrocyte was 290 x 104 cell/mm3, haemoglobin level was 9,30 g/dL, haematocrit value was 29,66 %, and the survival rate was 84,61%.
