Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Pendidik Taman Kanak-Kanak Di Kecamatan Sail Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this research is to find out how big the influence of organizational culture toward working motivation of kindergarten educator in Sail Kota District of Pekanbaru. This research type is quantitative regression correlation research. The population of this research is all kindergarten educators in Sail District, totaling 32 people. The sample used is the total number of nursery educators at Kecamtan Sail. Technique of data collecting used by questionnaire. In this study the hypothesis proposed is that there is influence of organizational culture toward Motivation of childrens education worker at Kecamatan Sail, Pekanbaru City.
This is shown by the result of regression equation Y = 20.386 + 0.393X. The equation shows that the value of organizational culture coefficients is 0.393 which means that if the organizational culture increases 1 point then the employee performance value increases by 0.393. While the constant value of 20,386 is the work motivation value if the organizational culture = 0. As well as the value of coefficient of R2 determination is 0.419 this indicates that as big as 41.9% work motivation from kindergarten educators is influenced by organizational culture while the rest is influenced by other factors From this study. Thus the relationship between the two variables can be said to be strong enough because R2 is almost half of the factors that influence motivation.
Based on t test result obtained by tcount 4,652 (Table IV.18); While ttabel with dk = n - 2 = 32 - 2 = 30 on significance level 5% is 2,042. Thereby tcount ≥ ttable (4,652 ≥ 2,042) so it can be concluded that organizational culture has a significant influence on the motivation of kindergarten educator work. Based on the description of the simple regression analysis, it can be concluded that "there is a positive and significant influence of the organizational culture on the motivation of the kindergarten educators in Sail Kota Pekanbaru District."
