Pengaruh Kompensasi, Iklim Organisasi Dan Kesehatan Dan Keselamatan Kerja (K3) Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pt. Sawit Inti Raya Indragiri Hulu
This study aims to determine how the influence of Compensation, Organizational Climate and Occupational Health Safety on Employee Productivity. Population in this research is all employees of production at PT. Sawit Inti Raya which amounted to 70 people. Sampling is done by census method. Analysis of data used is multiple linear regression with the help of SPSS program version 18.00.
From the test result that has been done, simultaneous test (F-test) showed that Compensation, organizational climate and occupational health safety simultaneously have a significant effect to work productivity of production employee, while partial test (T-test) showed that Compensation, organizational climate and occupational safety health (K3) partially significant effect on the productivity of employee work production. Compensation is the most dominant influence the productivity of employees of PT. Sawit Inti Raya Indragiri Hulu.
Company to increase the compensation to employees for example by giving bonuses to employees who work hard. Thus expected employees will be excited in completing the work so that work productivity will also increase.
