study aims to determine how the Influence Program Health & Safety, Environment Work and Compensation to Employee Productivity at PT. Multi Palma Sejahtera Pelalawan Regency. the population in this study were all employees of PT. Multi Palma Sejahtera Pelalawan which amounted 76 person, because the number of population relatively small, then all the population used as the object of research or census, technique of data analysis was done multiple linear regression by using sofware SPSS 21
Simultan regression test (test-F) and partial test (T-test) shows the Health & Safety, Environment Work and Compensation simultaneous and partial have effect on Employee Productivity at PT. Multi Palma Sejahtera Pelalawan Regency. The amount of contribution influence independent variable (Safety & Health at Work, Environment Work and Compensation) to the dependent variable (Employee Productivity) is at 56.1%
Companies should further improve the productivity of employees, for example by paying attention to the safety and health of employees, work environment and working Compensation of employees. It is expected also to the leading companies in order to improve the way employees work such as improving education and training so that employees can work effectively and efficiently
