Pengaruh Motivasi, Disiplin, Dan Komitmen Organisasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Altrak 78 Cabang Pekanbaru

This study aims to determine the Influence of Motivation, Discipline, and
Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance. As for the population in this
study are as many as 89 employees at PT. Altrak 78 Pekanbaru Branch. Sampling is
done by census method. The analysis used in this research is Test Validity, Test
Reliability, Individual Significant Test (t test) and Significant Test (Test f)
The results showed that there is influence of Motivation, Discipline, and
Organizational Commitment to Employee Performance. The better the Motivation,
Discipline, and Organizational Commitment the better the Performance on the
employees themselves. Results Data from the results of further questionnaires
processed and tested with statistics through the help of SPSS program. The
calculation result is known R square equal to 0,731 meaning is that contribution
influence of variable of Motivation, Discipline, and Commitment of Organization to
Employee Performance is 73,1%
