Pengaruh Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Kompensasi Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Pt. Niaga Mitra Perkasa Kabupaten Pelalawan
This research was conducted at PT. Commerce Mitra Perkasa Pelalawan District with the aim to analyze the Influence of Motivation, Work Environment and Compensation to Employee Performance PT. Commerce Mitra Perkasa Pelalawan District. The population of this research is employee amounting to 75 people by using population method. The research variables used are motivation, work environment and compensation as independent variable and Employee Performance as dependent variable. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS 21 for windows program. The results concluded that the variables of motivation, job environment and compensation partially or simultaneously have a significant effect on Employee Performance. The result of calculation coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,777 which mean motivation, job environment and compensation affect employee performance equal to 77.7%, while the rest 22.3% influenced by other variable not included in this regression model.
