Efek Variasi Jenis Biomassa Sebagai Sumber Energi Kompor Biomassa Untuk Pengolahan Opak Singkong
Has conducted studies determining the energy efficiency of the biomass stove biomass waste coconut shells, corn cobs, and bagasse. The biomass stove is equipped with a furnace diameter of 23.7 cm with a height of 18 cm, equipped with air circulation space, space protector and ash container space. Waste biomass used is coconut shells, corn cobs, and bagasse. The samples are opaque cassava produced in the Village District of Tenayan Rejosari Raya Pekanbaru. Observations were carried out for 80 minutes with 10 minute intervals. Changes in water content highs in opaque cassava biomass is obtained when using a coconut shell is 0.2923%, whereas when using corn cobs and bagasse is 0.2769%. Maximum temperatures were measured using thermocouples at 605 K for coconut shells, corn cobs 492 K and 482 K for bagasse. Efficiency biomass stoves when using biomass coconut shell is 0.025%, while the use of corncobs is 0.022, and the use of the dregs cane is 0.059. The maturity level of cassava opaque when steaming using biomass waste coconut shells, corn cobs, and bagasse average occurred on 20 minutes
