Analisis Pendapatan Agroindustri Tahu (Studi Kasus Pada Usaha Agroindustri Tahu Bapak Ahmad Di Kelurahan Lipatkain Kecamatan Kampar Kiri Kabupaten Kampar)

This research was conducted on Agroindustry know Mr. Ahmad in Lipatkain villageKampar Kiri Kampar District. The research was conducted using case study method, which is direct observation to the research destination location. The collection of data and supporting information is done by interview and observation technique. Data analysis used in this research is qualitative and quantitative analysis. From the results of research conducted on the agroindustry of tofu business Mr. Ahmad can be said that Agroindustrial tofu Enterprises Mr. Ahmad is efficient because the R/C ratio of more than one that is equal to 1.29 means that every Rp.1,00 cost incurred in tofu agroindustry provides receipts of 1.29 times of expenses incurred and BEP of agroindutry tofu Mr. Ahmad as 970. The added value obtained from tofu is Rp.1400,/kg. While the ratio of value added is equal to 9.7%, meaning every Rp.100,00 from the value of output there is added value of Rp.9,7 obtained from the processing of tofu agroindustry.
