This study aims to determine the cost, income analysis, efficiency and problems of fried chocolate-cheese banana trader. This research was conducted in Tampan Sub-district, Pekanbaru City.The data obtained in this study include primary and secondary data. The method of collecting data was obtained by interview using the questionnaire as a tool in data collection. Primary data were obtained from the traders and secondary data were obtained by the relevant authorities of this research. The population in this study are traders of fried chocolate-cheese banana in Tampan sub-district, Pekanbaru City. The number of samples are 10 traders of fried chocolate-cheese banana. The study uses the costs analysis and the income analysis to determine the level of income and success from the traders. The results show that the income average is 2.605.001,00/trader/month. This indicates that the fried chocolate-cheese banana bussines in Tampan Sub-district Pekanbaru city is profitable.
