This study aims 1. To know the improvement of gross motor skills after doing rope jumping activity in children aged 4-5 years in Post Paud Angrek Putih Village Naumbai Kampar District. 2. To find out How the implementation of jump rope can develop rough motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in Post Paud Angrek Putih Village Naumbai Kampar District. 3. To find out how big jump rope can improve the gross motor skills of children aged 4-5 years in Post Paud Angrek Putih Village Naumbai Kampar District. The population in this study were children aged 4-5 years in Post Paud Orchid White which amounted to 15 people. This research is in the form of classroom action research with data collection technique by using observation and observation sheet. The data collecting is done by teacher as a researcher during the process of action implementation. Data can be collected with various techniques, such as observation, interviews, diaries and so on. Observation is one of the most critical data collection techniques in classroom action research. Based on the results of research in Post PAUD Orchid White Village Naumbai Kampar Village is known there is an increase in gross motor skills after doing jump rope activities. During the learning with rope jump activity for 2 cycles has shown an increase in gross motor skills of children from before the action with an average of 36.66% then after the action on the first cycle is an average of 42.98% and then after the second cycle action is On average, 58.12%. So the increase from cycle I to cycle II increased by 35.22%, and from before the action to cycle II there was an increase of 5853%.
