Analisis Perbandingan Rasio Keuangan Daerah Kota Pekanbaru Dan Kota Dumai Tahun 2005-2014

The purpose of this research was to knows comparative performance of financial area of Pekanbaru and Dumai City used the ratio of degree of fiscal autonomy (DOF) and the ratio of financial independence in Pekanbaru City and Dumai City in 2015-2019. This research used the descriptive method and quantitave analysis. This research is used ratio and polynomial trend. In the last ten years , average ratio capability in Pekanbaru City and Dumai City which is reflected in the ratio of degree of fiscal autonomy (DOF) still classified is instructive, it means the role of the central government ore dominant than financial independence in Pekanbaru City and Dumai City. When viewed from growth that posstive. Because increased growth in the value of local revenue, local revenue and regular expenditure was not folowwed by the growth
regular expenditure. When viewed from trend of financial area in Pekanbaru City and Dumai City in 2015-2019 ability and financial independence have trend each possitive and negative. It means possitive trend for Pekanbaru City is the projection in five years to come,the ratio of degree of fiscal autonomy and the ratio of financial independence it always increased in every year inversely propotional with Dumai City that downturn every year because have negative trend.
