Pengaruh Kinerja Pengurus Terhadap Kepuasan Anggota Pada Primer Koperasi Kartika Belibis Cakti Di Pekanbaru
this study aims to determine the effect of performance toward satisfaction at Primer Koperasi Kartika Belibis Cakti Pekanbaru. This research is conducted from may to june 2014. The method used is descriptive quantitative method. Population in this study were all members of Primary Cooperative Kartika Belibis Cakti Pekanbaru 534 respondents and the sample 229 randomly selected respondents. The data collection instrument used is a questionnaire for dependent variable: satisfaction (Y); independent variable: performance (X). the data analysis technique used is simple linier regression statistical techniques. From the results, it can be concluded that influence of performance to Primer Kartika Belibis Cakti Pekanbaru is amounted to 22,1%.
