Aplikasi Limbah Cair Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Dengan Metoda Biopori Terhadap Pertumbuhan Tanaman Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.) Belum Menghasilkan
The aim of this research is to study the effect of Liquid Waste from Oil Palm Factory (LWPOF) with biopori method to the growth of oil palm plantation. The experiment was conducted in Experimental Field of Agricultural Faculty of Riau University from May to July 2017. The experiment was conducted using Randomized Complete Design (CRD) consisting of 13 treatments ( Without Treatment; 5.0; 7.5; 10.0 liters LWPOF each 1, 2, 3 and 4 biopore holes/plants), each treatment repeated three times. The parameters observed were plant height, number of midrib, length of midrib, number of leaves, width of leaflets and length of leaflets. The results showed that giving 7.5 liters of LWPOF in 4 biopore holes / plants increased the amount of midrib, the length of bark, the number of leaves, the width of the leaflets and the length of the leaflets, except the increase of plant height at 7.5 liters LWPOF in 3 biopore holes/plants followed with the provision of 10.0 liters of LWPOF in 1 to 4 biopore holes / plants, 7.5 liters of LWPOF in 1 to 3 biopore holes/plants and 5.0 liters of LWPOF in 1 to 4 biopore holes/plants compared without treatment on unproductive palm plant growth.
