ABSTRACT
This research entitled "Implementation of Hope Family Program In New Market Village Pangean In Completing Poverty In Pangean Sub-District Year 2016". This research is based on the obstacles in the implementation of Family Hope Program launched by the Ministry of Social Affairs to reduce the poverty index in Pasar Baru Pangean Village. The formulation of the problem in this study is how the implementation of Family Hope Program (PKH) in Pasar Baru Pangean Village, and is there any obstacle in the implementation of family planning program in Pasar Baru Pangean Village. The problem in this research is to know the implementation of the hope family program activity in Pasar Baru Pangean Village in solving the poverty found in Pasar Baru Pangean Village and want to know whether there are obstacles in the implementation of Family Hope Program (PKH) in Pasar Baru Pangean Village. The method used in this study is a qualitative method that describes the data descriptively. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, documentation and observation, while other required data came from research informants and supported by supporting documents related to this research.
Based on the results of research that has been done shows that there is in the implementation of Family Hope Program in Pasar Baru Pangean Village in poverty alleviation in 2016 that every Village and District and Social Office always coordinate and inform in the implementation of PKH activities at the initial meeting and validation and distribution PKH assistance. The implementation of the hope family program (PKH) in Pasar Baru Pangean Village in 2016 generally has no significant obstacles. There is only a problem with margins data error in population resuscitation. The data is not always accurate or not always 100% correct, there must be a mistake, because 100% accurate data is the survey data and the change of economic status to the community.
