Pengaruh Senam Anti Stroke Terhadap Tekanan Darah Penderita Hipertensi
Hypertension is defined as simultaneously abnormal increase in arterial blood pressure in one period. That case can happen when the heart works harder than usual in pumping the blood in order to provide nutrition and oxygen for the body. The purpose of this study is to find about the effect of anti-stroke exercise to arterial blood pressure in patients with hypertension. The method used in this experiment is Quasy Experiment with the approach of non-equivalent control group. Using purposive sampling, the sample for this study included 34 patients which then divided into experiment and control group. For the experiment group, the anti-stroke exercise was done within the duration of 30 minutes for 6 times in 2 weeks. Meanwhile for the control group, there was no intervention given to the patients. The arterial blood pressure measurement was done with digital sphygmomanometer before and after intervention. The data then analyzed using dependent t test and independent t test. This study showed a significant decrease in systolic and diastolic blood pressure after the intervention in the experiment and control group with p value 0,000 and 0,001 (p
