Hubungan Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Tentang Makanan Pendamping Asi (Mp Asi) Dan Tingkat Pendapatan Keluarga Terhadap Status Gizi Bayi 6-12 Bulan

Nutrition for baby should be a primary concern because at the age of 0-24 months is a rapid period for growth and development. This study aims to determine the correlation between the mother’s knowledge and income to the nutritional status of the baby. This study was a correlational with cross sectional approach. The respondents were 242 mother’s who have babies aged 6-12 month-old baby in work distric of Harapan Raya Public Health Service. The Sample was taken by purposive sampling technique. The data was collected by questionnaire and being analysed with somers d test. This research found that the mother knowledge of MP ASI 43,0%, family income is middle (47,5%) and babies nutritional status is good (96,3%). Statical analytic has shown there is no correlation between mothers knowledge with nutritional status of babies (p = 0,573) and no correlation between family income with nutritional status of babies (p = 0,307)Keywords : Baby, Income, Knowledge, Nutritional status
