Evaluasi Tingkat Kepuasan Pengguna Mobile Application E-Commerce Shopee Menggunakan Metode Eucs (End User Computing Satisfaction)
E-commerce is considered very beneficial for the user because the buyer can
interact and buy goods without having to travel and meet directly with the seller.
It is utilized by most companies in Indonesia which is engaged in e-commerce to
continue to innovate in improving the service of the e-commerce players compete
not only in terms of getting the number of customers, but as the development of ecommerce
can now be accessed using the mobile phone in the application form
which can be downloaded easily. Shopee is one of the e-commerce platform that
enable segment of the mobile marketplace through the mobile apps to facilitate
the sale and purchase transactions through mobile devices. However, Shopee has
a big challenge to compete with e-commerce earlier. So that Shopee should be
able to give satisfaction to its users in order to win the competition. Therefore,
this study aims to determine how big the satisfaction of the app users mobile
Shopee by using the method of End-User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS), which
consists of five variables, namely: content, accurate, shape, ease of users,and
timeliness. This study uses the approach of Importance Performance Analysis and
The Satisfaction of the User in analyzing the data. The population in this study is
the users who download the mobile app Shopee on Google Play Storeso we get a
sample of 400 respondents. The results of the study showed that as many as
82,07% of respondents felt very satisfied with the mobile app Shopee.
