Purpose of the research is to analyze capital, land rent, raw materials, labor and understanding of sharia have a positive and significant influence on the production of fried chicken with flour in street food in Marpoyan Damai Pekanbaru District and also to see whether the application of sharia to the production factors of capital, land rent , raw materials and labor are in accordance with Islamic law or not.The data used in the research is primary data obtained directly from street food flour fried chicken entrepreneurs. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the Cobb-Douglas production function model. The results of this research show that capital, land rent, raw materials, labor and understanding of sharia simultaneously influence the production results of the street food flour fried chicken production business in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru. Partially, capital, land, raw materials, labor and understanding of sharia have a positive and significant effect on the production results of the street food fried chicken production business in Marpoyan Damai District, Pekanbaru. It can be concluded that the independent variables capital, land rent, raw materials, labor and understanding of sharia influence the dependent variable, namely production results by 98.58%, while the remaining 1.42% is influenced by other variables not included in this research.
