Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Perubahan Nilai Tukar Petani Subsektor Hortikultura Di Provinsi Riau (Tahun 2013 – 2017)

This study aims to determine the factors that influence changes in farmer exchange rates (NTP) of the horticultural subsector in Riau Province. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method with secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) data published on the farmer exchange rate statistics (NTP) of Riau Province. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Tests carried out on the hypothesis are ANOVA test (F test) and partial test (t test) with a significant level of 5%. Based on the results of the study note that the factors that influence the exchange rate of horticultural farmers (NTP) in Riau Province, it can be seen from the results of the analysis of the F test data and t test where the significant value of the three variables is less than 0.05 namely the price index received by farmers with a value of significant 0,000, horticultural farmers production cost index with a significant value of 0,000 and horticultural farmers household consumption index gained a significant value of 0.008. Furthermore, the price index received by farmers is the most dominant factor affecting horticultural farmer exchange rates (NTP) in Riau Province. This can be seen from the Standardized Coefficients Beta test which has the highest coefficient value on the results of data analysis is the variable cost of horticultural farmers production (X2) obtained a Beta value of -2,054.
