This final project aims to make and assemble the Electrical System on T-Rex
Car Tricycle. Body wiring is an installation from several sets of electrical systems
from this vehicle. Some of these sets are the lighting systems which start from
front lights system consisted of head light and city light, then the warning light
system which consisted of brake light, turn signal light, indicators lamps and
other related instruments. A body electrical system or body wiring has an
important role inside a vehicle as the main lighting system during night driving
and as a sign to signalize other car drivers while the car needs turning or
braking. These functions are one of part from whole safety procedures inside a
car. The frequent problem that happened in the body electrical system in this car
occurs in the usage of conventional light electricity system that uses light bulb
which consumes high electrical power that makes less efficient when related to
power saving energy term. Therefore, LED light can be used to reduce its power
consumption. LED light is proven to be more efficient in term of power saving
energy for the body wiring system of a car because of its higher intensity lighting
compare to the conventional light bulb. This device requires dry battery as its
main electricity power source with 12 voltage and 3,5 Ah capacity.
