Pengaruh Kualitas Lingkungan Fisik, Kualitas Makanan, Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Nilai Pelanggan Dan Kepuasan Pelanggan Pada Restoran Jawa Di Kota Pekanbaru
This study aims to determine the effect of physical environmental quality, food quality, service quality on customer value and customer satisfaction on Javanese restaurants in Pekanbaru. The population in this study included customers who had enjoyed or had dined at a Javanese restaurant in Pekanbaru totaling 120 respondents. Primary data was collected by questionnaire as an instrument to prove the results of research, to test the hypothesis in this study was to use path analysis (path analysis) with the help of the SPSS program. The sampling technique that has been chosen is the purpossive sample method. The results showed that: 1) there was a positive and significant influence on the physical environmental quality of the customer value in the Javanese restaurant in Pekanbaru, 2) there was a positive and significant influence on the quality of food on customer value in Javanese restaurants in Pekanbaru, 3) there was a positive influence and significant service quality on customer value in Javanese restaurants in Pekanbaru, 4) there was a positive and significant influence on physical environmental quality on customer satisfaction in Javanese restaurants in Pekanbaru, 5) there was a positive and significant influence on food quality on customer satisfaction in Javanese restaurants in Pekanbaru, 6) there was a positive and significant influence on service quality on customer satisfaction in the Javanese restaurant in Pekanbaru, 7) there was a positive and significant influence on customer value on customer satisfaction in the Javanese restaurant in Pekanbaru, 8) there was a positive and significant effect the physical environmental quality of customer satisfaction through customer value in the Javanese restaurant in Pekanbaru, 9) there is a positive and significant influence on the quality of food on customer satisfaction through customer value in Javanese restaurants in Pekanbaru, 10) there is a positive and significant influence on service quality to satisfaction customers through customer value at Javanese restaurants in Pekanbaru.
