Metode Choice Based Conjoint Untuk Menelaah Preferensi Mahasiswa Universitas Riau Terhadap Pilihan Penggunaan Transportasi Online

The rapid development of online transportation services has encouraged intense competition between companies providing online transportation application services, so companies need to increase the existence of more convenient services. Efforts to understand consumer demand can be done through consumer behavior analysis. This research was conducted with the aim of examining the preferences of Riau University students regarding the choice of online transportation services. The method that can be used to determine preferences based on choices is Choice Based Conjoint. The data analysis technique used in Choice Based Conjoint is the conditional logit model. Based on data from calculating the utility value of each attribute category, it shows that online transportation applications that a colorful interface, cashback promotions, e-wallet or bank transfer payment methods, complete user identity display, and rating-based reviews. The most important attribute for respondents in selecting a service is privacy security.
