Sistem Informasi Rental Cosplay Pekanbaru Menggunakan Metode Waterfall (Studi Kasus Tsukiyo Cosrent)

Cosplay which means costume play is a costume game in imitating a character through dressing, dressing up and equipped with supporting accessories such as wigs, imitation weapons, and other accessories according to the original character played in manga, games, or anime. Tsukiyo Team Cosplay is one of the cosplay teams in Pekanbaru that is active in competitions, costume making, costume import and export, and cosplay costume rental. The costume rental business built by the team is called Tsukiyo Cosrent. The costume rental process at Tsukiyo Cosrent is only through on Instagram social media, so for recording customer data and costume availability, manual methods are still using notes on smartphones and text via Instagram to store customer data. This research was for make it easier for Tsukiyo Cosrent owners to store and manage customer data. This research uses the waterfall method. The final result of the research using the waterfall method is a system that can help in storing customer data and the rental process.
