The objectives of this study are: 1) To identify and analyze the level of student activeness in the Tapak Suci extracurricular activities at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. 2) To identify and analyze the level of disciplinary character of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. 3) To identify and analyze the influence of activeness in Tapak Suci extracurricular activities on the disciplinary character of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru.
This study used an ex-post facto approach with a quantitative approach. The population in this study were 83 students participating in the Tapak Suci extracurricular activities at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. The sampling technique used Simple Random Sampling, a method of drawing from a population or universe in a certain way so that each member of the population or universe has an equal chance of being selected or taken. Using the Slovin formula with a 5% error rate, the sample consisted of 69 students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru.
The research instrument consisted of two questionnaires: student discipline and student activity. The instrument writing process involved several stages: 1) reviewing all theories related to the variables to be studied, 2) compiling indicators for each variable, 3) developing a grid, 4) compiling statement items and establishing a measurement scale, 5) pilot testing the instrument, and 6) analyzing the items by testing the validity and reliability of each statement.
Based on the descriptive analysis based on the variables, the mean level of discipline was 3.40, which is considered high. Based on the descriptive analysis

A significant effect was found between the variable of activity in Tapak Suci extracurricular activities (X) on the discipline of students at SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru, with a 35.6% effect, which is considered low, as 64.4% is still determined by other factors not included in this study.
The conclusion of this study is 1) The level of discipline character obtained is 3.40 which is at a high interpretation, which means there is still 1.60 caused by other factors that are not part of this study. Discipline character refers to the attitudes and behavior of students that reflect awareness, regularity, and consistency in carrying out the norms and rules that apply in the school environment. 2) The level of activity obtained is 3.66 which is at a high interpretation, which means there is still 1.34 caused by other factors that are not part of this study. Student activity refers to the level of student involvement consciously and voluntarily in following, participating, and actively contributing to Tapak Suci activities, which include initiative, participation in learning, and physical and mental involvement. 3) There is a positive and significant influence between Activity in Tapak Suci Extracurricular Activities (X) on Discipline Character (Y) of Students of SMK Muhammadiyah 2 Pekanbaru. If the activity is higher, the discipline character is high. If the activity is low, the discipline character will also be low.
The recommendations of this research are: 1) For schools, they can involve the perspectives of teachers and extracurricular instructors in data collection, to get a broader perspective, increase the frequency and quality of Tapak Suci training so that it becomes a means of consistent discipline habits, and conduct regular evaluations and monitoring of the activeness and changes in students' disciplinary attitudes, 2) For students, it is hoped that they will be more active and enthusiastic in participating in Tapak Suci extracurricular activities held at school or outside, 3) For further researchers, it is hoped that they will examine other variables
