Analisis Usaha Pengolahan Ikan Asin Di Desa Kuala Batahan Kecamatan Batahan Kabupaten Mandailing Natal Provinsi Sumatera Utara
Abstract
This research was conducted in Kuala Batahan Village, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra Province, namely in February 2023. The research location was determined purposively based on the consideration that Kuala Batahan Village is the center for processing salted fish in Mandailing Natal Regency. This sampling method was used the census method, namely taking a sample of all salted fish processing entrepreneurs through surveys and direct interviews. It was found that the number of salted fish processing entrepreneurs in Kuala Batahan Village was 16 people. The aim of this research is to determine the total investment, costs, revenues, profits and feasibility of the salted fish processing business in Kuala Batahan Village. The method used to analyze data in this research is investment, cost, revenue, profit and business feasibility analysis. The research results show that the total investment is IDR 50.234.313 consisting of fixed capital of IDR 16.080.313 and working capital of IDR 34.154.000. Total costs amounted to IDR 279.702.719 and revenues amounted to IDR 315.772.032, resulting in a profit of IDR 36.070.032. From these results, an RCR value of 1.13, a PPC value of 1.46 and an FRR value of 68.73% were obtained. Based on the results of the analysis of the salted fish processing business, the R/C is more than 1, the PPC value is smaller than the economic life and the FRR is greater than the bank interest rate of 3%. So the salted fish processing business in Kuala Batahan Village, Batahan District, Mandailing Natal Regency, North Sumatra Province is worth pursuing..
