Penilaian Ekonomi Dan Dampak Ekonomi Wisata Pantai Lapin Di Kecamatan Rupat Utara Kabupaten Bengkalis

Abstract
Bengkalis is one of the districts in Riau Province which has a strategic position in developing coastal tourism because it deals directly with international shipping. Lapin Beach is a tourist attraction located in Tanjung Punak Village, North Rupat Sub-District, Bengkalis Regency. Being one of the tourist attractions that is already busy with visitors, this can be seen from the beautiful condition of the beach and being one of the widest beaches compared to other beaches in Bengkalis Regency. This research was conducted to determine the factors that influence the number of visits to Lapin Beach and the economic value of Lapin Beach. The method used in this research is to process primary data obtained in the field and then collect secondary data as the researcher's theory. The data analysis used is travel cost analysis using the Travel Cost Method and Multiplier Effect approaches. By using the dependent variable and the independent variable, the factors that influence the number of tourist visits are influenced by travel costs, distance, income, education, and length of time of knowing the existence of the beach, then the consumer surplus value obtained is IDR251,917,538.8 and the total economic value of the beach Lapin amounting to IDR118,356,787,199.48. And the resulting Keynesian Income Multiplier value is 1.07, while the values of Ratio Income Multiplier Type I and Ratio Income Multiplier Type II are 2.06 and 2.26 respectively.
