This study aims to examine the effect of workload and teacher work environment and motivation as a moderating variable at MTs Pondok Pesantren Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru. The population in this study included teachers at MTs Darel Hikmah in Pekanbaru city with a sample of 62 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Data analysis using structural equation modeling on partial least square and SPSS. The results showed that workload had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at MTs Pondok Pesantren Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru, work environment had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at MTs Pondok Pesantren Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru, motivation had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance at MTs Pondok Pesantren Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru, motivation can moderate workload on teacher performance at MTs Pondok Pesantren Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru and significant. Likewise, motivation can moderate the work environment on teacher performance at MTs Pondok Pesantren Darel Hikmah Pekanbaru and is significant.
