Uji Konsentrasi Metarhizium Anisopliae Metsch Isolat Sawah Terhadap Mortalitas Ulat Kantong Clania Tertia Templeton Hama Kelapa Sawit (Elaeis Guineensis Jacq.)
ABSTRACT
Clania tertia is a type of bagworm that attacks oil palm plantations in Indonesia. A common bagworm control technique is to use synthetic pesticides that can have a negative impact. The solution offered is to use the entomopathogenic Metarhizium anisopliae rice field isolate as an environmentally friendly alternative. This study aims to obtain the concentration of entomopathogenic fungus M. anisopliae oil root isolate as a bioinsecticide against C. tertia. The study was conducted experimentally using a complete randomized design (RAL), which consisted of 6 treatments with 4 replicates. The treatment given was several concentrations of M. anisopliae
the results of the various fingerprint analysis showed that it had a real effect, further tested using the honest real difference test (BNJ) at the level of 5%. The parameters observed were the initial time of death, lethal time 50, lethal concentration, daily mortality, total mortality, behavioral and morphological changes as well as temperature and humidity. The results showed that the concentration of M. anisopliae rice field isolate with a concentration of 100 Keywords: Entomopathogenic, lethal time 50, lethal concentration, Bioinsecticide, Rice field isolate
