Analisis Perbandingan Efisiensi Investasi, Tenaga Kerja, Dan Pengeluaran Konsumsi Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota Di Provinsi Riau

ABSTRACT
Investment, labor, and government consumption expenditure are factors that make up GRDP, thus driving regional economic growth. This study aims to analyze the comparative efficiency of investment, labor, and government consumption expenditure in the regencies/cities of Riau Province. This research uses secondary data and panel data, consisting of time series data for 5 years from 2019–2023 and cross-sectional data from 12 regencies/cities in Riau Province. The analysis methods used are ICOR, ILOR, IGOR, and the Klassen Typology, with Microsoft Excel as the analytical tool. The results of this study show that the regencies/cities efficient in investment are Pelalawan, Rokan Hulu, Indragiri Hilir, Kepulauan Meranti, Siak, Dumai, Indragiri Hulu, Kampar, and Kuantan Singingi. The regencies/cities efficient in labor are Rokan Hulu, Pekanbaru, Pelalawan, Indragiri Hilir, Siak, and Dumai. The regencies/cities efficient in government consumption expenditure are Bengkalis, Pekanbaru, Kuantan Singingi, Kampar, Rokan Hulu, Rokan Hilir, and Indragiri. Meanwhile, the only regency/city efficient in investment, labor, and government consumption expenditure is Rokan Hulu.
