PENGEMBANGAN POWERPOINT INTERAKTIF BERBANTUAN ISPRING SUITE PADA MATERI VIRUS KELAS X SMA

SUMMARY
Education is one of the areas that continues to change along with the development of technology. This is marked by the entry of the digital revolution era so that digitalization is very close in all aspects including education. The quality of teachers will affect the results of graduates from students obtained and teachers are people who play an important role in the implementation of education. So in realizing innovation in meaningful learning, teachers have an obligation to carry out digital-based development in learning, one of which is in learning media.
Virus material has complex content, involves several scientific terms and is classified as abstract material so that this material is difficult for students to understand. In this case, a learning media is needed that can be used in learning to understand virus material. This can be realized through the development of learning media in the form of interactive media by utilizing PowerPoint assisted by Ispring Suite.
This development research was conducted with the aim of producing an interactive PowerPoint assisted by Ispring Suite on quality virus material. By using the Research and Development (R&D) research method which refers to the use of the ADDIE development model. This research was conducted at the Biology Education Study Program campus, FKIP, Riau University, SMAN 9 and SMAN 12 Pekanbaru. The implementation time of the development research starts from September 2024-January 2025. The development of interactive PowerPoint media assisted by Ispring Suite will be validated by 2 validators and continued with a limited trial phase I with 10 respondents from students. Furthermore, a limited trial phase II will be carried out with 2 teachers and 29 students as respondents.
The results of the interactive PowerPoint research assisted by Ispring Suite on virus material showed an average value at the validation stage of 3.69 with a very valid category. The results of the limited trial stage I obtained an average of 3.71 with a very good category. The results of the limited trial stage II obtained an

average of 3.74 from teachers and 3.64 from students which were categorized as very good. The results of the limited trials stages I and II obtained practicality test results with an average value of 3.70 categorized as very good/practical. The results of the interactive PowerPoint media quality assisted by Ispring Suite obtained an average of 3.70 which was categorized as very good.
Based on the results of the research that has been conducted, it can be concluded that the development of interactive PowerPoint using Ispring Suite on the virus material for class X SMA has very good quality starting from the aspects of appearance, language, accessibility, learning, presentation of material content and benefits, so it is worthy of being used in learning. Recommendations can be continued in the next research, namely the implementation and evaluation stages.
