IMPLEMENTASI MODEL PEMBELAJARAN KOOPERATIF TIPE TEAMS GAMES TOURNAMENTS (TGT) DALAM MENSTIMULUS KETERAMPILAN 4C PESERTA DIDIK PADA PEMBELAJARAN PJOK
ABSTRACT
This Classroom Action Research (PTK) aims to investigate the effectiveness of the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) type cooperative learning model in stimulating the 4C skills (critical thinking, creativity, communication, and collaboration) of class 7B students of SMP Negeri 1 Rumbio Jaya in learning Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK). This research was conducted in two cycles, with 29 students as research subjects. Data collection was carried out through observation using observation sheets to observe the development of students' 4C skills and learning activities, as well as interviews with PJOK teachers to obtain additional information. Data analysis was carried out descriptively. The results showed a significant increase in students' 4C skills after the implementation of the TGT learning model in the second cycle compared to the first cycle and pre-cycle. The improvement was seen in all aspects of 4C, where students became more active in analyzing problems, generating new ideas, collaborating in groups, and conveying ideas. The majority of students showed positive responses to the TGT learning model, which increased their motivation and engagement in PJOK learning. Based on these results, it can be concluded that the implementation of the TGT type cooperative learning model is effective in stimulating students' 4C skills in learning PJOK class 7B SMP Negeri 1 Rumbio Jaya.
